To comply with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 we offer a complete, independant CDM Consultancy which includes:

  • Site Assessment and Survey
  • Risk Assessment
  • Safe Working Proposal
  • Product Recommendation and Specification
  • System Design Reference to Appropriate Regulation Compliance

 

Our proposal will form part of the pre-construction Health & Safety Plan leading 
to inclusion within the project Health & Safety File.

We are able to visit your office, site or work from drawings/details sent to our design office.

Services for the Workplace

Our experience is available once the building is in use. There is a continual need to reassess risk, ensure compliance with regulations, an annual audit and issue of Inspection and Test Certificates.

Every safety fixing needs 
an annual visual inspection and be load tested(eyebolts to 5kN for 15 seconds, BS7883:1997). 

We are able to:

  • Recommend appropriate action to ensure that your building is compliant and that all personnel can work safely.
  • Provide on-going support through our 'Job Completion System' where we record the expiry date of all our certificates and arrange to remind clients in good time for an annual inspection.
  • Be there from the start of works to the finish and certification.
  • Provide maintenance and advice where required following internal building changes or refurbishments.
