Safety nets complying with EN 1253-1 in accordance with the guidelines of the Health & Safety Exec.

Look for EN [European Standards] nets with the safety-checked Test Certificate and a Test Number on the Identification label.  This makes it easier for you to provide verification that the Safety Requirements have been met and ensures that you experience no complications with the statutory inspection agencies.

The test mesh samples prescribed by EN 1263-1 allow you to check the minimum strengths which the manufacturer must demonstrate in respect of his products by means of aging tests.

Our underslung safety nets satisfy these pre-requisites

All figures relating to energy absorption refer to the 3 X 3 m test net.

Underslung safety nets are made of high-tenacity polyproplene.  Various sizes from 6 * 10m to 12.5 * 25.5m with 5 mm dia., mesh size 100 mm, energy absorption approx 5kJ. 

Suspension rope, approx. 12 mm (30 kN), one end with spliced-in loop, other end firmly sealed off, length 2.5 m
