Shorguard SG4 offers two types of Post to Guardrail connection, giving architects / specifiers a choice depending on aesthetic requirements.

The SG4 unique patented lifting shoe allows freedom to work under the post without having to remove any part of the guardrail and thereby maintain safety.

  • HS (G) 46 'Site Safety Concrete Construction'
  • HS (G) 33 'Safety In Roofwork'
  • H.S.E  'Work on Flat Roofs' Sheet No 21
  • The Latest Workplace (Health Safety & Welfare) Regulation 13 Para 109 Effective 1.1.93 Minimum height of guardrail 1100mm.
